    Oh, yes! Wonderful sketches. I recognized each place immediately. I’ve been shopping at Powell’s even before we lived in the PNW! When we drove up from CA to visit, we’d go to Powell’s. It is SO dangerous.

    When I lived in Michigan, I used to take trips to the original, independent, Borders Books in Ann Arbor…. before they became a chain.
