one of my earliest memories is of this water tower. my mom & dad drove me to rochester, to give me to my grandparents for a weekend. my gramma & grampa lived in lacrosse, so rochester was a good mid-point. i remember crying and crying — i didn’t want to go with my grandparents. it was night, and through my tears, i could see the corn cob water tower while sobbing in the lap of my grandmother (this was before the days of car seats) …
Love this one! And look at all those lights. It must be a sight when lit up at night!
